Order Inquiries

All orders must be submitted through the website contact form or via email. Phone calls may be scheduled if needed.

Short notice orders may be subject to a rush fee. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Dates for delivery or pickup need to be confirmed when order is placed.

Changes to the date later than this are subject to cancellation. You must honor your pickup window.

Payment is required in full once the order is finalized.

Large orders, such as weddings, require a 50% deposit once the order is confirmed, and a 50% remaining balance the week of the event.
