All orders must be submitted through the website contact form or via email. Short notice orders may be subject to a rush fee. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Delivery & Pickup Dates
Dates for delivery or pickup need to be confirmed when order is placed. Changes to the date later than this are subject to cancellation. You must honor your pickup window.

Payment
Payment is required in full once order is finalized. Large orders, such as weddings, require a 50% deposit once order is confirmed, and 50% remaining balance the week of the event.
